SMALL ORDER FEES

  Due to the nature of the production process of semi-custom  
  and custom products, the shop has to "tool up" or set up their
  machines and tools for each order.  The cost of this Tool Up
  is the same for small orders as it is for larger orders and is 
  included in your cost.
